Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  1. We currently ship within Ontario only.

  2. Orders over $40 ship free. Orders under $40 are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

  3. Once your order is placed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing before it ships. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days after that, depending on your location and the carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. We accept returns on unopened products within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original, unused condition with packaging intact.

  2. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  3. To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page before sending anything back.

  4. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order and place a new one.​

  5. If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us through our contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item and we will make it right.​

  6. Opened products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
